It's been a while since I blogged but I came across these rocking chair designs and I had to post photos of them. I've always loved to rock (in the rocking chair sense), I think it's because my mom used to rock me to sleep as a baby. It's such a soothing motion, the back and forth...it makes me want to fall asleep just thinking about it. I don't currently own a rocking chair but IKEA makes a very affordable and stylish version...maybe I should make room for one in my bedroom.

I seem to be singing the praises of Gap Inc. recently. But how can you not with such lovely and feminine designs like this?! Banana (I worked there so we're on a first name basis) is celebrating 3 decades of style...and to celebrate, they have designed some truly classic and timeless pieces. I really want this dress, but alas, they are out of stock in my size.
