Recently I've been enjoying Lexington Coffee in my french press. Lexington Coffee was introduced to me via a gift from my sister-in-law, I had no idea we had such a tasty roaster here in Virginia. Now I'm starting to notice their bags at some of my local coffee shops. I have to say their coffee is starting to push it's way up my
list of favorites, which includes roasters such as Stumptown and Counter Culture.

I absolutely love you use a french press for your coffee. Oddly, I don't drink coffee (there are days I wish that weren't the case as I could use the kick), but I've been considering keeping a french press and some coffee around for dinner parties.
